I e mailed Boots regarding the completed and registered status. Just because it means completed doesnt actually mean you have been allocated to that trial. Just that you were considered for it durrr!! Thought I had 3 trials and only ended up with one, They say they are going to change this soon, hopefully so we will all know where we stand. J x

that is nice to know!
i reckon over time it will get better its just that i think that site is still fairly new and they are trying to improve it!

Yes, me too, but when I emailed them at the beginning of the month when I had a lip balm showing as complete but hadn't received it this was part of the reply:

"If successful, the product will be sent to you and will appear as 'completed' in the 'My Trials' tab."

The idea being if you weren't successful, it would then disappear.

I emailed them after the bath foam, etc completes, and got the same reply as nutttytart. I think while they've been trying to sort out the glitches in their software, they've only succeeded in adding more, so have had to start sending out this new explanation!

i got offered shampoo but not the conditioner , this will be my first thing from them if i get it

ive only been registered ofr a feww weeks and have had the dazzle dust not alot of dazzle inside the puff!
and I have just now registered for the shampoo and a conditioner.
