Just had a reply back and this is the relevant part:

"We trial 65 samples of each new product to capture in use information from consumers. Currently the samples are issued on a first come, first served basis. Initially you will see an 'in progress' or 'completed' message against your request however this only means you have been added to the waiting list and not that you are guaranteed to get a sample. All products are issued within 1 week of a request launched therefore if you have not received a sample after 2 weeks you have unfortunately not been allocated one of the 65 samples."

I don't think they have a clue, considering this is part of the reply I got to a previous email (the red is my highlighting, not theirs):

"Please allow me to explain. Once you register for a product in the 'New Trials' section, this moves into the 'My Trials' tab, where it will state 'in progress' until all the samples have been issued and the trial closed. The way in which we allocate samples is on a first come first served basis. Whilst the study is in progress, you are added to the list of requestors. If unsuccessful, the product will be removed from the 'My Trials' view. If successful, the product will be sent to you and will appear as 'completed' in the 'My Trials' tab."

well,,,,there you go then ...lol... not gonna get my lip butter....face cream.... facial blotters ..... bath foam lol [all say 'completed']

I requested the bath foam and all three lip balms last week which all came up as 'In Progress'. I knew I wouldn't get the three lip balms but hoped I'd get picked for one of them cause I wear it all the time!

On Thursday, the Bath Foam, Almond Lip Butter and Coconut Lip Butter all showed 'Completed'.

Friday morning, the Bath Foam arrived :T but no lip butters.. I assume that I didn't get into either of the trials for the Almond and Coconut butters as I guess they would be here by now.

The Cocoa Butter Lip Balm is still showing as 'In Progress' so I really hope I get that one!

Has anyone had and used the Bath Foam yet? I reckon it's from the Hello Kitty range or something!!

Exactly the same for me, I dont know what is happening. Yes I also think the bath foam is the in a teenage/kids range, it really does dry your skin out though so be careful.

and I didn't use half as much as I would normally put in - because of making sure I'd get the five uses out of it! :rolleyes:

How often do you all check to see if there are any new trials?
