    I have heard quite a few estate agents have been laid off recently locally though and some have gone down to 3 day weeks, so that doesn't sound promising...

    Well it certainly means things are off the peak. But that's not surprising. It just depends *how* far off the peak it is as to whether it descends into the realms of "Doom und Gloom"...

    Bob are you wimping out? apparently house prices are still going up in some areas of scotland though (think it was Glasgow as they are down a bit here) - would do a Z and stick a clicky in but tired and cold right now!

    Big news is that my €50 got me just £34 but that's better than nothing for money that I'd probably lose while moving before I got to spend it.

    might be doing a car boot at the weekend so have started gathering stuff out of cupboards like a crazy lady! hope we do it or I'll have to find homes for it all again.
