well the ebaying finished at £1.98! might leave the retirement another week or two...
Still decluttering like mad and dreading xmas when DS will get yet more pish! mainly from grandparents - honest!
This week I will:
1. Get rid of remaining old clothes which haven't sold to charity shop
2. Get hall and kitchen ready to paint.
3. Clean bikes and get them in local paper next week.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

I was going to offer sympathy, but being upgraded to the status of 'old fart' have found that i can now say things like " I don't believe it" And "In my day we stood in the wind and rain selling stuff!" never mind these new fangled indoor carboots.......:rotfl: :rotfl:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

woops sorry Bob, didn't mean to offend! I have stood in the cold and rain at carboot sales but not that many folk come round so that's why I thought the indoor one might be a good idea at this time of year. and yes it would be easier on my old joints...Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Did you get much Bob? apart from the cold! The ones where I've done well have always been around May but the last time was a cold october one and didn't make much.
Looking forward to having a wee clothes clearout later and not having to post the stuff! The guys in the recycling place are getting rather friendly - maybe I spend rather too much time there...Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

That would be enough to put anyone off Beanie!
was sooooo close to buying a takeaway for dinner tonight (was down town with DS) luckily when DS asked what we were having I said pasta or he would have encouraged me.
Ebay stuff posted and I've decided to give that a break for a while - more hassle than it's worth.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

As I get some £££ when they are here I dont feel too guilty.
