    They are crossed, you know i am thinking of selling next year as well as NR deal comes to an end and i can't bear to be caught in a svr deal..so will have to boot Mr.B up the backside to get his stuff sorted then we can shift..and a swift boot to myself in case anyone thinks i am being sexist!

    I went on a house price checker site and then it leads you onto estate agents..i tell you something, dressing the house makes a big difference. When you look at some of the photos, apart from being badly taken..the way the house is presented is so different..It really does need to be tiptop, as in rearranging furniture, making sure clutter is away and even duvets being ironed. They look awful some houses and it is just down to basics.

    Another thought as well is check out the estate agents as i reckon half of them really do not earn their money, judging by the way they photograph and present houses as well.

    well that's my hope Beanie, I'm not looking to make a profit on it really but don't tell the buyers that! need to get the paint brushes out and sort out some cheap blinds and all the other wee jobs you put off... oh as well as the decluttering...:rolleyes:

    I know what you mean about the estate agents Bob, some of the pics I've looked at you just wonder why they didn't take two mins to stick some stuff in a cupboard or even fluff the duvet.

    I agree, but we live in a home and sell a dream..as they say. I have loads of cunning places for clutter..it is so cunning i forget where i put stuff half of the time:rotfl: :rotfl: :o
