That's the list for the week now Bob, although not sure I'll get through it in that time either! Lots of washing and ironing here too, and there's only two of us in fact lots of it is sitting with me on the sofa at the minute as I'm only having a quick cuppa before getting stuck in. Only five things decluttered as yet though.Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

I have decluttered into the garage and am getting a house clearance chap to come around and see what price he can give me for the stuff. I had a look on fleabay for similar items and if i think they are too low then i do this as profit is minimilsed after their fees and P&p.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Well done Bob, I'm not even thinking about the garage yet - yikes! but not moving stuff in there as not intended staying. You might make a fair bit though which would be good and relatively hassle free. Have two old mantle clocks in my garage (you know the wooden ones everyone's granny had in the 60/70s) that 1. I don't even know if in working order, 2. came with the flat so have zilch sentimental value and yet I can't throw them out! Anyhow I think I have enough in here to worry about right now...Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Well why not look for similar on fleabay then you have a rough idea of what to ask for. After that you can decide whether to sell them or not.. i mean if it brings the DFD forward, it would be worth it.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

don't imagine they'll be worth much but will have a look. I was wondering if I could drop them off somewhere as props - might ask around at work.
The DFD is really nine and a half months now!:rotfl: I'm wishing my life away.
Cuppa finished so really must go iron now...Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Not spent too much today (or so I thought when I started posting but totalling it up!!!) - ebay postings and £1.50 at supermarket as I'm on a tidying mission and I needed some doc folder thingys, also spent £12 on two tops from DPs which were needed (honest) and ordered DS some books £16 from Bookpeople as part of his xmas. Went through quidco for Bookpeople and got a free delivery code from on here so well chuffed!
Schools are off here but DS decided that rather than go somewhere today he fancied a lazy day so we haven't done too much, quite good as it's the only day we don't have something planned. Back to the decluttering though...Mortgage OP 2025 £7050/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Decluttering has gone well and now I feel I know where everything is in this place - even if it's in the wrong place! Now have my own pencil case so I can always find a pen and files for everything.
Chic litt books are next on the blitz list and not even going to bother ebaying/amazon just charity shop I think. Some of them have spilled into craft cupboard too so hopefully that'll help my task for this week.

Ebay stuff is all posted now and it's free listing again this weekend so must get a few bits together and stick them on then.
Spent day out with pal and kids and spent more money than I'd intended but resisted temptation to buy a takeaway and came home and cooked.
