I've done a wee bit of tweaking Beanie and now it'll be about £1100 to find... debating whether or not to quit gym as that would give me another £300...

Is that a yearly fee skinty? If it is then its not too bad I suppose, if you really enjoy going and use it regularly then I wouldnt get rid as it is a healthy activity. I have to say though that I much prefer going for a walk or a cycle which is free, unless you like watching the men "pump iron":D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

it's about £30 a month and I range from going 3-4 times a week to twice a month! I think I'll leave it for now as although I love walking and running outside there's a lot of the winter that it's just too difficult. and I need to step things up for now so I won't be fat and forty!

Feeling unusually organised as I've got yet more xmas shopping in this weekend! Hopefully there will be so much of it done that I won't need all of the money in the sealed tin... don't see that happening though!
Beanie has just given me an idea for my dad though - Ian Rankin book... it's funny though, no purchase is done without getting best price and cashback! and obviously searching for discount codes...

  • Saw this on weez's thread and it may help, but you will have to use them today to get the offers on top of half price books in WHs, i reckon they will have them on again soon though.

I too have started on Christmas shopping, although Mrs.Tine reckons Jan is a good start....

Boo - have no printer at home! thanks anyway. Found some okkatars vouchers in a cupboard, no expiry date but not sure if you can use them anywhere so might ask in waterstones next time I'm in.

I bought my cards and wrapping paper in January...

Went to the tip, such glamour! Then spent tenner in Primark but managed to get quite a lot for that and a few finishing bits for niece and nephews pressies so that's them done. Also got very cosy fleecy jammies for DS - it's a xmas tradition to get new jammies for him despite the fact he'll throw them aside as soon as they are open. got myself some cosy slouchy socks as a wee treat - kids dept £1.50 for two pairs!
Also remembered to buy batteries for camera so will put a few more bits on ebay in a bit.
Was going to go for walk at beach but the wind is heading towards gale force and prom was flooded...hope it calms down in a bit.

Do you have one at work? Save it on a pen drive or send it to yourself on email..i know the vouchers will last a while..so may be worth printing them out somewhere if you can.

Ian Rankin book in Tesco's on the two for £7 offer as well....
