Hello to Beanie and Spud too, DS has found some art attack books and is constantly cutting stuff out of cereal packet boxes at the mo. Appart from that and my sore legs from the hillwalking all is good here in spiceworld!

Had lovely day out with DS today but have managed to make it to the end of my hols with about £3 left out of my budget - hooray! Strange things happening with petrol prices today...they seemed to be going down but then I went up north (argyllish) and they seemed to go WAY up. luckily I didn't need to buy petrol...

This is where the supermarkets can wield their massive power to the benefit of us mere mortals.
There was a HUGE queue at Morrison's petrol station yesterday

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

That's the thing Linda, there were no supermarkets in the area but then again it must be good to live somewhere that's not been taken over by tescos, mcdonalds, subway etc... so there is an upside I suppose!

Spent most of the afternoon at the beach with DS, free and fun. Have now done my weekly shop and all of the ironing so hopefully it's only fun stuff left to do this weekend (although I must put a couple of things on ebay).
