    I've been pretty good today food wise and not spent any money so far but I need to nip out to the shops or buy lunch tomorrow... think I might walk there and back and get some exercise plus if I have to carry it then I won't buy much!;)

    Well done Beanie! I was explaining quidco to my boss earlier - bet he doesn't use it though. I've converted about 3 other people and he's been earwigging but I bet he decides it's too much hassle.

    Not often down there Beanie but I'd imagine it's a good place for a posh restaurant! plenty of money there.
    I walked to shops and back (a mile each way), got some fresh air and saw cute bloke I fancy so all good here and the rain managed to stay off too!
