wooo hooo, been tidying up lounge and I'm now £1.10 richer! silly boy...

kelkoo down to 1p on quidco now - boo!

Friend called earlier to say she's been given a month's notice on her rented house so scrabbling about looking for somewhere for her and 3 kids, my mind is now fixed strongly against renting.

Been out to lunch at friends' today but ended up coming back here to do her washing as her machine is kapupt. when her OH came to pick her up later he was giving me a few tips on doing my place up for not much money so now need to find a measuring tape and go look at kitchen doors...
Had yummy dinner of peanutty noodles and today would be set off nicely if I win something on the lottery (actually have a ticket for once).

well the lottery seems to be a no then....will just have to work another week!

    Today I shall:

[STRIKE] Tidy garden[/STRIKE]Done - thank goodness.
    [strike] Conquer ironing (yet again)[/strike]DONE!!!
[strike] Work out if I really can stick some more money on mbna card - spreadsheet and bank currently say yes but I have a feeling there may be something else to pay yet![/strike]Yep, definitely a bit more squeezable there! £40 more to MBNA.
[strike] Get out and do some exercise in the fresh air.[/strike]Nice walk to beach and back - about 3 miles.
Start clear out of craft cupboard and see if there's anything there worth ebaying.

Have to buy some fruit otherwise I might have had my second NSD in a row.

ETA - only that pesky craft stuff defeated me but I think I'll try and do a drawer a night during the week.

mmm...no walking today and a fair bit of face stuffing... tomorrow??? have made nice healthy lunch in readiness. I will also go for a walk or run tomorrow night.... or else!

not much money saving going on (as it's almost all gone) but lots of decluttering - the hall which had been annoying me for weeks is now nice and tidy and it took all of ten minutes.:o

Just saw your new siggy and I hate that too! is just a scottish thing - "how no?"

It's amazing how much it was annoying me and how embarrassingly little effort it needed to fix it. Hope you manage to stick with it - you'll be flying next!
