Just putting off shampooing lounge carpet at the moment but what with muddy kids and my love of red wine/tea it really needs doing.
I've been looking at my figures and thinking about putting the flat on the market on the next couple of months, this means the debt won't go down quite as quickly (will all be gone when I sell though) as I need to spend a bit fixing it up and then there will be home report etc... still might as well get on with it. I think I'll get started on the low cost, manually intensive stuff for now so need to find my painting gear!Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Carpet has been shampooed but I am now pooped! 35p found in the process though so not all bad! Have also cleaned DS's trainers and his footie boots - what a fun day... tomorrow will be geared towards being outdoors and doing no housework I think.Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

It's March!!! :j :j :j happy St David's day to any Welsh folk about but I must confess that's not why I love today, it's just that it seems like the end of winter is just around the corner and it's not so cold and dark anymore.
Just realised yesterday was a NSD but today won't be as I need to buy a gift & card for a pal - have vouchers for M&S and Next so hopefully I can find something there.;)Mortgage OP 2025 £6250/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Neighbours being particularly annoying tonight so looking to trim some more money from this month's budget just to speed things up a bit (don't see me being DF any quicker than June but need money to do this place up too).
