  • I won't tell if you send me one..shhhh!

I am beginning to see the advantages of being single, bed to myself, just me to spend on etc. Apart from the teenagers of course.

LOL, sounds like most men then Bob! in some ways I think it would be nice to have someone here I could talk to about my problems but on the other hand it was the last bloke I lived with who caused most of them! Just glad you lot are around to listen to my rantings...

Have just had lunch and defrosted from this mornings activities so heading out with DS in a bit to do some free fun stuff.

Confession time - NEARLY bought Wii fit the other day but resisted at the last moment, I think this might be my treat for myself once DF.

Just realised yesterday was a NSD - not bad on a saturday! was severely tempted to get fish 'n' chips last night but resisted as I had some in the freezer so had that instead with the bonus that we didn't have to go back out in the wind and rain.
Will have to spend some money today as I need some fruit and stuff and DS has some money burning a hole in his pocket so we need to head to the shops.

Just trying to catch up with everyone.....

Well done on resisting the wii fit:T

Is the weather still bad today up there? It was blowing a gale last night here but is lovely and bright this morning.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

it's quite calm at the moment Lou but I think the forecast is for more of the same later. it's always windy here though so it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be - if that makes sense.

I soooo want a wii fit but I shall resist!

Ok, this weekend I will get some stuff done! actually I'm feeling quite inspired by all the tales of running and I think I may go out for a little plod tomorrow... but we'll see how that goes...

    I shall:

Phone the jewellery place - will do this from work tomorrow shhhh
Ebay SOMETHING - not yet but the night is still young
[STRIKE] Get rid of some more stuff to recycling/tip[/STRIKE]Bob, I'm sure the bloke thinks I fancy him!
    [STRIKE] Tidy up
    Tackle ironing pile[/STRIKE]...

Also spent a staggering £7 on a drinks and cakes for DS and I when in town today - yikes! and bought him a top too... Still this is from the extra unbudgeted child benefit payment (use 4 weekly payment as monthly so end up with two payments one month), I promise to put the extra tax credit money towards the debts though.:o
