What colour are you looking for? There is a stall on my local market which sells discontinued makeup-I have no idea if they have this but I am going into town tomorrow and could have a look for you.I managed to get my favourite lipstick and nail varnish which I had been without for almost 2 years-soe of it is residing in a sealed bag in my fridge in an attempt to keep it going whilst I use the open ones! I will check back before leaving to see if you've seen my q.Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

Smoky grey preferably. Black is a bit harsh for me. Or a darkish brown.
Thank you for looking!Genie

Hi Jeannie, just got back-sorry but they only had an almay lipliner in the most hideous colour I have ever seen-no eyeliner pencils at all
It's such a nuisance when they stop making or change a favourite product- I was so pleased to be able to get my fave discontinued maybelline nail polish a while back as it's the perfect colour for my toes and nothing else ever looks the same!Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0 -
hi jeannie !
just saw that lancome has a kajal pencil that can be used on the waterline. Its there
on the boots website.
Has anybody used it ? If so is it any good ?
thanks !0 -

Straight forward eyeliner pencils generally scratch my lids - and not good for the wrinkled, puckered bits...The Almay one glided.. blast them..

Great thread, as I too have been exploring to see if I could find any old stock anywhere - I have aging, crepey and sensitive eyelids, and I have used that particular propelling Almay pencil for donkey's years. How dare they just disappear!! Don't they realise the angst we baby boomers are now going through!! I think it is a conspiracy to get us to keep paying out to try different brands - none of which are like our dear old Almay, soft, kind and non-itchy. Sisters, it is time to rise up against the hegemony that has lost us our eyeliners- they must be somewhere! Mobilise your friends (jeannieblue - your use of relatives is exemplary) to search out these pesky pencils - I have a daughter in Chicago and I have her brought into the team - to no avail at this time as so far she can only find the 16hour jobbys in Walmart- but I am teeing her up to extend her search and will keep you posted.0
