Almay.. UK stockists?

I'm starting this thread due to thread by MrsE's one re lip ink.
You can see on that thread, that almay have discontined the lovely everlasting eyeliner pencil and I am trying to find one like it. I went on almay.com and there is a liner of sorts (doesn't describe it) that could be what I am after.
I clicked on stockists - and got Walmart etc...
I'm not off to the States in the near or distant future.... When Boots stopped doing it, I was gutted and bought they own brand - which irritates my eyes.. and wasn't smooth to apply like the Almay pencil.
I've done 'linky' things on MrsE's thread - so you can see what I am on about. I think..

Thank you for trying! I will take a look at the links now. Have we gone anti almay in this country or something???
Boots really pee'd me off when they stopped it. And their own stuff irritates my eyes like mad - not to mention the waste of money...
I think miners ( real expensive like...) used to do an eyeliner a few years back that was like a felt tip pen. It was great! Then they stopped doing it...
Why do they do that?Genie

Now I'm liking the look of this - but black is a bit harsh for me... And who are W7?
Not sure on the Almay double colour ones, seems a waste if only use one end, but may give it a try.Genie

And the 'nib' of these looks similar to Almay ones - but Onyx - guess that is black again....Genie

are good and they do some Almay, but the double colour ones again. They're cheap enough to try one or two though.
I use L'Oreal, the propelling pencil type. No messing about with sharpeners, goes on smoothly and lasts all day.0 -

I've also been looking for theis Almay everlasting eyeliner pencil for a long time and can't find anywhere at all that still stocks Almay products. I did read that they were made by Revlon so I've emailed Revlon in the US although their website is so useless I can't tell whether I will ever get a response. YOu can only type 255 characters in the message and it insists you fill out all sorts of data which really only relates to the US>
I will report back if I get a reply.0 -

Sure. It does go on smoothly, inner lid (kohl style) and along the lash line. You can apply it as a strong line or blend for a soft effect with your finger. And, unlike many eyeliners tried in the past, it does really last. I don't think your age will come into it; mine doesn't !
I never tried Almay but have used this (the black one) for years. It's L'Oreal Contour Resist. Although I use lots of different brands (quite fancy trying some Models Prefer - getting good reviews on another thread), I think that L'Oreal and Rimmel are good reliable brands at sensible prices.0 -
Models prefer?? More info please
I don't know what to go for now..
Who stocks the L'Oreal ones? I don't get alot of time to shop - any online stockists that have pics?Genie

This is the one, a tastefully designed set of pencils, for you to look at. Easily found in Boots, Superdrug and probably many other chemist shops -
http://www.boots.com/brandtreatment/product_details_brand_treatment.jsp?productid=1045122&classificationid=1040262, though I think there are other colours to choose from in the shops.
Models Prefer are showcased on QVC and presented by their larger than life creator, ex-model, Stacey. http://www.qvcuk.com/ukqic/qvcapp.aspx/app.html/params.file.%7Cframes%7CClasFrameU043,html/walk.yah.UKHB-U043?cm_re=PAGE-_-BRANDSHOPS-_-MODELSPREFER&cm_mmc=Google-_-Beauty-_-Models-_-models%20prefer&ref=isp . Haven't tried any of the products yet, but will do sometime. They look good and some MSE posters have given positive feedback.0
