Hey i'm currently looking for a credit card with a large limit. I have saw cards which say you need to be 21 and making £20k , 25 and making £35k etc . Now i'm 19 and i'm making well above the amount needed for say Platinum cards etc.. so would i still be aloud to apply even though im under the age limit they stated?

    Thanks.

You're allowed to apply for what you like, whether or not they'll accept you is another matter entirely. I'm sure your bank will be falling over themselves to give you a credit card anyway.
  • You didn't mention you're self employed, that may have an impact - once you're got a year's worth of accounts together it may improve things for you.
