might sound daft, but have you checked your local delivery office? as a seller we find items weekly at buyers delivery offices where they have not left a card for the buyer saying it is there (they will deny this, but it happens week in week out)

also ask her to clarify - is this 1st class post, or standard parcels (as you said 1st class standard?) as these have different delivery times, (allthough should be there in a week)

she was daft though not sending with signature required for that amount.

I agree with the hothers, open a baic dispute (which is just another way to communicate) today, and then in a few days if you haven't received the item escalate it to a full paypal claim. Don't forget to escalate it though as paypal don't get formally involved until you do.

1st class standard parcel, she said she had receipt but no tracking number. I called the local royal mail parcel office, nothing for me and i also have 2 neighbours to take stuff in for me and they havent had anything either. :mad:

How do you know it is a fake?

I don't think you are allowed to send fakes back to the seller.
