I have similar colours in my kitchen to you and I've just painted my kitchen in Old English White with a big feature wall in Matt Black (Crown Indulgence Little Black Dress) it looks amazing - I reckon it would look lovely against the white of your kitchen too. My feature wall is going to have a big mirror with a smashed mirror frame to add a bit more glamour.

Amandada I really like your splashback and your kitchen is lovely too! I'm planning a pink glass splashback in the same colour pink behind my hob :) I really liked the one in this flat:

What about a feature wall in teal? I saw a picture of a similar kitchen to yours on, I think, the Living etc. website ('see my home' section). If I can find it again, I'll try and post a link. It looked lovely.
    PS Your kitchen looks great!

I think you could get away with many colours(not all at once tho'!!) as your units are white. Personally I think leaving the walls white is a bit stark, but it does depend on the room, how much natural light you have, whether you will be eating there as well?
An accent wall of a bold colour like damson/aubergine maybe. What colours do you like? Are there large expanses of wall to paint or mainly as splashback?
Looking again at your photo I guess the kitchen is quite small, so being bold with colour could work well and if you don't like it not too much painting to redo it!

I'd be tempted to go with white...but then I would say that because that's what I've done! I've brought in colour with a bright pink splashback

Love the splash back idea, is it easy to clean?

No problem at all, I just do it when I'm doing the worktops with a soapy cloth

I'd go for a very soft pale green, looks light clean and fresh.

If you wanted an accent wall you could have turquoise/teal.

Love the pink splashback idea (not my kind of colour though). How do you go about getting one made, just contact Formica directly???

It wasn't as easy (or cheap:o )as I had 1st thought. I bought the Formica through a local company, but I'm sure you could contact Formica direct, or they'd be able to tell you of a local supplier.
My lovely joiner then cut it to shape and size, and applied it to 8mm MDF.
He then had to back this with another piece of Formica (to counter the bending from the pink side) and adhered it to the wall. He used tile trim to edge it all
The Formica cost about £60 in total, the MDF about £20 and the labour was errrrm about £300:o :o

But it still came in at half the price of the glass which I'd originally wanted! It comes in loads of colours and finishes these days-there were loads of fab metallics too.

I'd not leave it white otherwise it'll look like the kitchen at my work!
I'd go for an accent colour, raspberry or aubergine or cobalt blue...

An accent wall in any zingy colour would be good. Cobalt blue is one of my faves of all time and I'm desparate to put that on one wall of my newly fitted kitchen when my OH back is turned. Sadly, he's a real fan of good old magnolia and/or grey... :(

My DIL has one wall aubergine in her kitchen, and a very pale coffee colour on the rest (sounds revolting, but it really does work..)

You could always do black...one wall, or if you're feeling adventurous two horizontal black stripes of different widths. I always feel that every room needs a bit of black in it somewhere.
