Oww my baby is still missing...almost a week now, we have done everything we can think of...I just hope some nice old lady has him and is looking after him and will see one of our posters or the newspaper and call us
I have done every suggestion I have found olnine so I guess all there is now is to keep the ad in the paper, keep calling my local vets etc and try to stay positive 0 0

Newfoundglory, don't give up looking and pestering neighbours as he's likely to be shut in somewhere, especially as with the warmer weather people open up sheds etc more. What we found helped was putting our cat's name on the posters as then others can call him (and he finally responded: stuck in a cellar for a week). Without his name on the flyers, we'd have lost him.
As for Newt, how great to have some good news. Big purrs.0

            That's such good news.
I always think the worst - I've had 2 cats knocked over in the last 3 years, so for both of yours FM and NFG to have come back is fantastic.

Oh how great he came home! One of my boys went missing a month or so ago. They NEVER stay outside at night and he didn't return home. We went to bed at 4am after searching for him. I was in bits and thought we'd never see him. He turned up the next day about 4.30pm I have never been so happy in my enitre life!!! I know the feeling when you suddenly see them! I have never been so happy in my enitre life!!! I know the feeling when you suddenly see them!

That's great news! I've been wary of coming back to this thread as I know how heartbroken you must have felt. SO glad you were as lucky as I was! Have fun feeding him up with tasty treats and love
Newton doesn't leave my side when we are both in the house now. He gets in the way a bit but we're closer for the separation.
 Much love to you both!

 Thanks
Everytime I look at him I can't stop smiling - we were so lucky to get him back, not least because we are currently moving house and tomorrow I have to give the keys back, I just cannot describe how happy I am!
However, running around taking all the posters down/telling the neighbours/removing add from paper/calling RSPCA and all the vets/cancelling gumtree listing and taking him of the missing pets registers has been exhausting!0
