We really need to know the network.

But if it is on O2 heres the unlock code.
Otherwise let us know what network it is
#pw+35 93 56 47 47 03 71 7+7#

Put a different network sim in and power on.
When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
Type the code
Use the * key to get the pw+ symbols.
Press enter.
If the code is correct click the thanks under this message.
If the code is wrong let us know and we'll try to get another.

your imei seems wrong for the 5140 and the 6280 can only be done by network provider
