Thanks drahcir,
I will try in a few moments. Out of interest: is there a limit to how many times you can try and unlock?
Thanks again!!0 -

I'm a complete novice and hope some kind soul will help me please?
Using Trycktill's website, I used the code to unlock my Nokia 3310 which was on the Orange network. (I want to change it to Virgin as I received a free sim card from them).
When I'd finished, a message showed which said: sim not restricted and it had a tick next to it.
I thought I had done it, so I put in my Virgin sim card, but the message came up: sim card not accepted.
On the new Virgin sim card, there is an unblocking key, do I need to use this?
There is also a default security pin which has 4 numbers.
I am completely at a loss as to what to do now as it seems I'm halfway there but can't finish.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.
