Oh wow. I've tried all kinds of codes but they never work

I need my 6101 on T-Mobile unlocked but I've been told it can only be done with hardware. Any ideas? I put the codes in but there's no acknowledgement, it's like I'm putting in a number. I remember when I unlocked an older phone it worked straight away.

Anyway, the IMEI is 3 5 7 5 8 9 0 0 0 9 5 8 4 5 5. Thanks!

Insert the WRONG sim card.
When it says phone restricted,
press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code
and enter the code in to the box
on screen
input this code.

Thanks, but no luck. I get 'Phone restriction on' then 'Phone restricted'.
