e2save.com - cashback - confused!

Hi

I took out 2 contracts with e2save.com at the end of August about 21st and am a little confused to which bills I should be sending off for my cashback claims. I received paperwork almost immediately and wonder whether that counts as my first bill? In that case I should send off Novembers bill or should it be December. Help I am finding all this money saving a nightmare. Apparantly I could cancel the contract with 3g anyway because they have changed the tariff. Any advice would be appreciated from people in the same situation. I know there were a few of us at the same time going for the 6630 deal. If so have you received the first cheque which didnt have to be claimed - just would turn up after 60 days or so.

I had same problem. Best way to find out for sure is to log onto their website and go to helpdesk. Find the cashback help and enter your order numbers. this will bring up your account data and show which bills you need to send in.

I nearly missed my cashback thinking it was the next bill. so worth checking early.

I was in the same situation, I was ready to send in 6th month bill(sept) when I checked on their website and found they wanted the previous months(aug)which was now over the 30 day limit, rang them up and told me to send in 6th months bill and it'll be no problem, to their credit I got paid out anyway.
  • Thanks for this guys. I found the info on the website but nice to know there is always someone here to put your mind at rest.
