We applied 2 weeks ago and got the welcome letter in the post. Email mentioning TomTom only arrived yesterday. I think it depends on when your cover actually starts as to when you'll get the email. My cover isn't due to start for another 11 days.

well just to give this a bump back up I have now received an email welcoming me and telling me that my tomtom will be delivered 10 weeks after my policy starts so looks like it's all go. just have to wait and see if it turns up lol

my partner didn't get the email about the tom tom either so he rung them and they have now sent it to him (the email not the tom tom yet!). so for all those who have not got this email that states the tom tom will be sent in 10 weeks time please ring them as without it you can't prove that they offered you one should they try to back out of this.1st son born 11/02/05 2nd son born 09/01/08
