No, the page with the offer is still thereMoneySaverJames wrote: »Argh, so they've stopped this?0 -
got told that only a select few were offered this via email and that a code on that email would have to be required to carry this offer out.
The page with the offer on has links encouraging people to share the page using Digg, Delicious, Reddit and Facebook.
I expect the email doesn't contain any code and there's nowhere on any form to put in a code.
They're bound by the T&C's, no code from any email required.0 -
well just to give this a bump back up I have now received an email welcoming me and telling me that my tomtom will be delivered 10 weeks after my policy starts so looks like it's all go. just have to wait and see if it turns up lol1st son born 11/02/05 2nd son born 09/01/08

Great find.
I've just finished all the usual searches and saving tips, best quote for my better half's insurance was £248 then £55 cashback (thus £193)
Co-Op's price was a very respectable £221 so I would really be paying just £28 for a TomTom One - a good deal I think :-)0 -
Ha ha ha ha, just got a quote for £328.17  did exactly the same quote criteria on Money Supermarket and got a quote for 130 with Budget!

Has anyone else taken a policy and got an email mentioning the tomtom ? I took out policy to start end of this month and got an email confirming payment amount and cover start date but no mention of tom tom, just wondered if they send another one after this.0 -

yes I got this email after the one confirming my payment and cover start date. I've kept it to just in case they try to back track out of it

Got a competitive quote for my Dad even without factoring in the TomTom, but this line bothers me a bit.
"††Named driver No Claim Discount can only be granted from, and allocated, to Co-operative Insurance motor car policies; terms and conditions apply."
Reads back a bit more sinister then it is perhaps
That's a benefit. All it means is that named drivers (other than the policy holder) can earn no claim discount (which under normal circumstances they don't), and if they apply for an insurance policy with the Co-operative Insurance then they can use the claim no discount that they have built up. Ideal for young drivers named on their parents policy (even if they only get a years no claim discount, it's at least a bit of money off).0 -
I got a quote which was £100 cheaper than the renewal quote from my current insurer so took the Co-Op insurance. Have received the e-mail telling me that I will get my Tom Tom in 10 weeks time. So happy all round in this household0

I had a quote that was £15 more expensive than the best I could find (after a long search). Also the Coop t's&c's are very good. £15 for a tom tom is a great deal.0
