Samsung U900 Firmware: Please Help!

Hi, I am in the process of debranding my new samsung soul which I got yday. The reason for this is that I can put an 8gb memory card and therefore I can use it as an mp3 player as well as a a phone. (i was going to buy an ipod nano 8gb but can buy an 8gb card from play for £18)

I need to know where can I get the firmware for the phone>?

oh yeah I tried torrentz but i can only get that to work untill 98% and then it crashes

hi there..

Ive just bought a U900 Soul - and cant listen to music via the headphone adaptor that Ive been able to do with every other phone Ive ever had..

I hope someone has tried this.. Having just got my U900 Soul I usually listen to my phones mp3 files either via little speakers or in the car via a cassette adaptor - both via a u900 adaptor. Yet for this phone, it wont do it. Im hoping theres some settings change that needs to be done to make this work.. Any suggestions?

I was just wondering,
I flashed my Vodafone version to U900XXHC6,

you have posted version U900XEHD1,
so that one is newer,
you say it's the core European version,
what languages are in it? is dutch (Nederlands) in it?

my guess is the XX version is for all of Europe?

in size they're almost the same:
84,2 MB (88.295.244 bytes)
and
84,2 MB (88.389.791 bytes)

so if dutch is in it,
I should best take the newest firmware
(which is the one you posted in this tread),
right?

File description via symbols ex: D500XFEB2
D500 Phone model
XF: language and country acronym
E: 2005 (specificed year firmware been released)
B: February (specificed month firmware been released)
2: firmware revision

the file posted is the newest I have on file, euro core is basicly central europe but does have english, I cant remember if it has dutch, BE, BC, CE are dutch branded
