Help on Tarrifs

I need some help.

A month ago i saw a brill phone from 3 and got the phone with them on contract for 25 quid per month with a 6.99 insurance.

now i have found a better fone than the one i have (its crashes alot ans 3 says they have fixed it). I will onyl go with three mainly coz they have MSN on the fones.

But now i have found a tariff at 22 per month with a better mobile.

Im p****ed odd with 3 for this and as i am in a month onto my contract i was shocked to find out that they give u a month to terminate your contract.

I am just 2 days after my one month will they give me leway on the charges?.

I have tried to get the mobile again thru contract but still waiting, should i ask instore how to check up on my process? and if nothings happened should i just go ahead and get it instore :S

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

I cant understand - you are a month into the contract and you are getting another contract? You are p***ed off with 3 because of what?

Normally there is 14 day cooling of period so you can cancel within 14 days if you want, after that you are in a contract which you chose.

What leeway are you looking for?

And if you are attempting to cancel a contract, then you have to give 30 days notice but on top of the charges remaining you do I think end up paying for the full amount due for the contract period. So for instance if you try to cancel in month 8 on a 12 month contract, you would have to pay for months between 8 to 12.
