For the majority of normal people out there, this is a massive oxymoron.

That for 99.9% of the general public, the idea of spending time surfing the internet and logging the price drops of property in a load of regions of the UK and posting about it on an internet forum to discuss it, is a million miles away from being 'crucial'.

    pastures are you scared?
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Yes, for 99.9% of the general population.
    But as it does say:

    Crucial House Price surfing programs

It's suggesting that for those people surfing the internet for house prices, it is a crucial program. Not 99.9% of the population, but a select few.

    Whaaa ??????
