It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

I've just installed hive again.
By default it installs into C:\Programs\Property Hive
But it's still doing the same old thing... loading data, then nothing actually loading. But how does it know where the data is ...? It can't.
So I went to RM/PB, to see if I could find out where the data is held. I'm now exporting a CSV file into the PropertyHive directory .... it'll take awhile... so I'll see.0 -
OK, reloaded Hive... nothing.
Well, the program loads, it says it's loading data ... nothing.0 -
DO all your searches on rightmove ( go through every page) and then when you have right move open ...open property hive and see the little square picture on the left click that and it loads your data...i have never had a problem with it... and its a great programme who ever wrote it..thanks
have you got any blockers on you computer..firewalls..popup blockers ect try themIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?

But, I can't swear I had RM open when I was trying before. I have a small screen/underpowered PC, so am likely to have closed RM ... trying again with RM open.... when FF finally loads ... damn that's slow loading...0 -

Nope. Same result.
Opened RM. Did a search. Went to the end. Left it open.
Fired up Hive, it said loading data ... nothing ever appeared.
There's never been any house pic either
I am wondering if it's Net 2 related, it needs Net 2, maybe that's not on my PC...
Edit:
Just checked, I have:
Net 2.0 Service Pack 1
Net 3.0 Service Pack 1
Net 3.5
... er, still no idea then

You'd think the author would have put up a page about it, but it's just that one solitary download link, I found out about the Net requirement by googling which took me to a hpc posting.0
