For those of us who are going to have bumper crops of everything this year (:rotfl: :rotfl: ) this book is coming out in August. You can pre-order it at Amazon for £7.79 (rrp £12.99) the cheapest price I've found. It has had good reviews so I've bitten the bullet and ordered, along with another book I wanted to get free delivery.

    Yes, I received that e-mail as well and thought it worth looking on Amazon. Glad I did:j . Wonder if Hugh knows!

    Just received my copy :j and it looks really good. There's even a recipe for hm vegetable stock paste which looks easy and keeps for 6 months. Can't wait to have a closer read!

    I think there's one for elderberry champagne (which was very nice at Hugh's do in June btw:beer: - what a namedropper!). Will have a look later and let you know.

    I've got 3 bottles of elderberry champagne in my kitchen!!!! :p

    They are so scrummy and are starting to fizz up so can't wait to drink them :j
