    I am Logitech sphere / skype user, and terrible connections however, should i expect it to be perfect?

    picture breakup, frozen, poor quality all on the video the other person sees :(

    is skype actually the way to go? the Logitech sphere is one of the improved webcams out there, and it is my first one - so should it be perfect?

    It's a real pain in the backside! I've been collecting scraps of info/suggestions to try when we next visit MIL's. Windows Live seems to be much more stable to us but other rel's insist on using Skype!!!
    I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!
