    Morning all.

Sun actually shining here this morning. Torn between getting stuck in and taking the twins out to do something fun. Any chance I can persuade them flying is fun do you think :D .

I am going to try and motivate my lazy butt this mroning so that I can do something nice this afternoon.

Feelig a bit guilty this morning. My Dad is travelling down to Herefordshire to visit my nan, who is still poorly after an op. My nan looked after me and my sis a lot when we were little. I feel I should go down and visit but as my OH is working all week, it would have meant taking the twins with me. Dad is going down and coming back the same day so it is a bit of a trek.
I think once we know a bit more about her condition I might arrange to go down for a couple of days
Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j

    Morning all.

Have had the day at Hospital Orientation which was mind numbingly boring!

Have shortened the list as per usual . . .

Minging Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces DONE
    Level Two
    Sweep floors DONE
Wipe dining table.. (clean table cloth if necessary) DONE
    Level Three
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc DONE
    Clean appliances DONE
Extra Mission : help yourself :D
    1. 29 fling boogie.. GO!
Had a heap of cardboard, plastic etc lying around from DS4's new computer, so sorted and packed that up ready for recycling.
Also picked up THREE coats lying on a chair and hung them up. They'd only been there since last week!

That's me for the day. Off to watch some TV and then to bed. Have a great day, everyone.

I started with good intentions. Only we didn't wake up till 8.15 - I like the school holidays after all. The boys have asked very nicely and suitably puppy dog eyed if we can go to Twinlakes Park at Melton Mowbray, but it is nearly £30 to get in which I think is shocking, plus £15 in fuel. Mind you then I could ignore the DR....

Shall I post a picture of the DR and the boys doing pleading faces so you can vote on what I should do? DH came home a few months ago six large packing crates of stuff from his old office. He hasn't sorted them yet and I am refusing to do it. They have to stay in the DR as the rest of the house is full of building materials. I can't bin the lot as some of it needs to go back to site as proof of maintenance/H&S activities. Plus the contents of the study area have been dumped in the DR so the oak for my kitchen could be stored dry and flat. Sometimes I do have the tiniest wish that we had bought a nice easy to clean new build with a small garden that is easy to maintain......

Morning all  and welcome Teria

I thought you all might like an update on the staining situation ;)

There is no evidence of the doggy poo upstairs. Hurrah :T

There are slight traces of the red wine, but I think I'll go over them again.

BF is dealing with the pee stains in the car. I'll get an update tonight

    Good old stardrops!! :T :T :T

Right, better find a list for today :)

    Redmadcurls - i'd kill him!
Dusty - i've never seen replacement strips. It would be a good idea though.
Mumofjusttwo - i'm not scared of her (runs whimpering into the corner).

The summer holiday has started well - not! First day and my mum has phoned up to put me on stand by to take my dad to the hospital as he's has another bleed behind his eye. As I was on the phone my son was calling me and I was gestering that I was on the phone. DD then comes downstairs to tell me the poor thing had been sick all over his room. I had to phone up the friend whose son I was supposed to have today to cancel.

So, i'm waiting to hear from my poor dad to find out where to take him.

Do I send DD to brownie camp? They weren't together much yesterday and DD doesn't feel sick? Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! xx

Mudbath. Honey. Not good for you. Hope you are ok.

I would let DD go if she feels fine.
