    Evening ladies.

I so cannot get my head around the fact that it is Thursday - with kids and OH home today it feels like the weekend.

The cricket did not end until 7 so everything turned out a bit late here but kids had a great time and DH has done most of the drain - just needs a little bit more work on Sunday.

I do not know where the day has gone but I've done very little in the way of flying.

Tomorrow I need to get DS1 to his cricket for 9 am (he'll be keen as this is his first game for the District)

At 12:00 I am taking the other two down to the post office for a march - just a short distance to the green for a rally about it closing

In between I hope the kids will get on so I can catch up with a bit of flying.

Thanks for the help with the Mr T codes - my shop is for our hols in 2 weeks time so I will keep my eyes out for a code for the correct day.

Off to bed soon so sleep tight - I am covering myself in avon so soft at night to try to keep the mossies away.

Just whisking in and out again, as I still haven't packed!

I have however, not stopped since this morning, including doing the bathroom to Level 3, buying food for a picnic, sorting out everything in the greenhouses and garden for the friend who is looking after it for me, and organising all info for hotel, two gites and a ferry crossing. I even managed a phone chat with my sister!

It's obviously been a great day for flying - well done mudbath, sexymouse, rmc and Denise!

Okay, I'll wish you all a happy couple of weeks, and don't go over doing it!
    Dusty - enjoy your holiday!
    Au revoir!!

    Buy a smoke alarm

Definitely do it Ragz - if you don't I shall keep nagging! Though , have you thought about phoning your local fire station and asking for them to do a check? They'll quite often come out, check you over (oooo errr Mrs!) and even supply and fit fire alarms for free.

I had several fit young fireman in my house a couple of years ago doing just that. Not only are there three fire alarms fitted (for nowt to me) in my property but I have the everlasting memory of the neighbours watching the fire engine arrive, the blokes stopping awhile and then leaving. I have never answered their questions satisfactorily since :rotfl:

Serena - have a great holiday

Well done all those of you completing your lists today. Hope to back flying next week - OH is away for 4 weeks from Sunday.

Had a great day in the Lakes and enjoyed my brief trip to Lakeland. Just stopped myself from saying to OH 'SkintScotsLass also thinks I should just browse today and shop via Quidco' he would have thought I'd gone mad. He is not aware of my obsession with this site and this thread in particular (he lives in his own world!). Anyway best go pick him up from the pub now.
Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

Thank you to all who post competitions & help the smooth running of the comps board
