RMC - :rotfl:about powder drawer! If you have the instruction manual for your washing machine, it will tell you about the filters and where they are. Reading about them doesn't however commit you to doing anything.

Happy to hear OH on the mend.;)

rmc - a few years ago, OH was in bed with a 'serious' bout of man flu. I asked him very nicely in the morning how he was feeling. In the most pathetic and weak voice you can imagine, he said 'It's a bit too early to tell...' I had to leave the room very quickly before I fell about laughing... :D

Ragz (if the 42 year old ends up in a fight I'd not be kissing him better!)

There is a very good chance that my 42 year old DH will end up just like Pigpens son......and it won't take long to work out who did it!! (God, now I am becoming violent, and me who used to work for Women's Aid.........see what the messy muckers do to a girls' morality)

Completely agree. When my DH is starting to get a cold he goes all pathetic and I end up running around after him (more fool me). When I'm feeling really rotten (which is rare) I still have to get up to see to the children (especially the LO. You can't really leave a 3 year old alone to their own devices ). Years ago a couple of years after DD1 was born I had a miscarriage and lost a lot of blood and was so weak I couldn't even lift my head off the pillow. I asked him to make me a cup of tea. He said OK, went off and I didn't see him for about 4 hours!
  • Boy have I fallen off the flylady wagon these last 2 weeks. :o Did ok until Thursday and nothing to speak of since.

Am going to enlist the kids though, it's their house and mess too!

Back in a sec with my list.
