Ive had several orders from Vista print for free cards and fridge magnets and so on for about 4 years - to use for a charity I volunteer with and had no probs at all.
I remember at one point after ordering the freebies that I received an email from them inviting me to sign up for their discount club of some sort where they charged you monthly and you could claim the discount on whatever. I chose not to. I think may be some people unwittingly agree without reading the fact its a sub.0 -
Free or really cheap ones will make you company look crap. Always spend a few pounds on getting the right business card, it is your business at the end of the day.Kind Regards

Trying to set up a new business and looking to buy cards flyers and magnets for car sign and would appreciate any help in finding the best for cheapest price. Probably not looking the best of stuff just not the thinest cars out there.
Again all help appreciated

If I was handed an a5 full colour glossy flyer and plastic business card by a local chimney sweep/car mechanic etc I'd be rather worried about what they charge.
I must disagree with this statement wholeheartedly. I am involved in the motor trade and am also interested in graphic design. I feel that our business cards/promotional materials look very professional and yet our prices are also fair. I cannot believe that decent looking promotional materials would put anyone off using our services.
Going back to the original question, it is probably best to get your own cards produced. If you're looking at distribution/handing out a lot of cards you can get very good prices on high runs. One of my friends who runs a taxi rank gets 100,000 cards (of fair quality) made for £500 a go!0 -
