Went to Boots today - just to test out the Lynx glitch and can confirm it works on the "Lynx 3" pack of two cans. 2 packs for £4.00 - and they are normally £4.99 each
So bought 4 boxes - for 800 pts. Got to keep my boys/men sweet smelling!
Also, on my way out of the shop, spotted the Clearance shelf which had evaded me thus far :rotfl:There were loads of bits of cosmetics, some TS root touch ups and a few electricals, straighteners etc. I spotted a TS ceramic straightener ( must have been an Xmas gift - still had the green sticker on) but it wasn't priced, so asked the lad on the till, he looks about 12 bless him to price check it for me. He scanned it at 19.99 - and I thought that wasn't a bad price, given that it also had a full size shampoo & conditioner and something else, serum maybe? in it. I was just working out in my head how many nail files it would cost to buy it and he said rather unexpectedly, "Hm, clearance stuff is usually more reduced on the sticky label, so would you like it for £9.99???" Would I??? Would I??? Do Bootsers love bargains? :rotfl::rotfl: So bought that with points - part of DD1's birthday present sorted0 -
