Dispatches tonight on Channel 4 is on "Sandwiches unwrapped." It investigates the nutritional value of sandwiches from top retailers and exposes some unhygienic practices. Since so many like to buy sandwiches at Boots, thought some of you might want to know what goes into them. I don't know if Boots specifically is mentioned, or if maybe one of the companies that supplies their sandwiches might be. I'll probably skip it (at least half of it) as it conflicts with Panorama and by the time the repeat is on we'll probably be watching a movie.

It's on at 8 on Channel 4, and again at 9 on the +one channel. Please report back if they mention Boots!

I can confirm that using the till spit on 2 towels DOES NOT WORK. I did this on Saturday and ended up having to buy 4 towels for £15 which were returned today :rolleyes:

I meant combining the No7 suncare and the towels in one transaction so getting 2x suncare, GWP and 2 towels for £15.50 (if I have worked it out right:rotfl: )

just thought I'd post in cheerful text to make me smile, got blocked sinuses, yuck! So feeling all sorry for myself lol ;) Just wanted to check before I get off my death bed to goto boots tomorrow, is the no7 suncare glitch over? Don't want to risky another SA's sarky comments if it doesn't work - if it is working on certain items, then which ones? I haven't looked through all the post, sorry guys

Went to Whincheap (thanks Corsagirl for the tip off!)

Picked up 2 x TS Long Hair conditioner @ £4.99 each
1 x Hair Colour for MIL @ £4.99
1 x TD 15 spf Moisturiser @ £2.00 (was £12.?? I think)
1 x XD Memory 512mb £3.75 (was £15.?? I think)

Used Mag BOGOF TS & Express BOGOF TS..................both went through FREE!!:j :j :j
Used 200 extra points on TD from mag & after a rummage in my purse I found a 500 xtra points on a memory card!
So Spent £10.?? & got 718 points back!

Popped back 5 mins later...........picked up another TD Moisturiser 15SPF & 2 x TS Long Hair Deep Conditioner in a tub @ £5.99 each. used Mag & Express voucher again & xtra 200 points on TD so £2 to pay & another 208 points!

They had 2 clearence with lots of bits & bobs so still well worth a look
