AM, the combo I used on No7 on Saturday worked for me today again with the £5 till spit.

It is all very confusing isn't it
Did you get 2 x tan maintainers?

Confusing ........you are so right !
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Perhaps someone did a 'Buy-it-Now' or made a great offer?

Whatever's happened, I hope no-one's been ripped off!
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Boohoo, I'm full of cold but had to venture into town to get some essentials from Tesco and it seemed rude not to visit Boots whilst I had paid for 1hrs parking ;) .

Did Skibsters trick (have pressed ya button ;) ) and bought 16p paracetamol to get Sun £5 tillspit.

I then went round with my basket and got:
    No7 Facial Sun Protection 25 £10.50
No7 Anti Dark Spot 50+ (£9.50 but free as BOGOF)
    No7 GWP free
    2x Pantene shampoo £4 (£2.87 each but 2 4 £4)

The idea was to buy the shampoo so the total wouldn't be so low.

    Used:
    £5 Sun tillspit
    £2 Pantene PC
    £5 No7 PC
500pts wys £10 on Sun mailing

I ended up paying £7.50 for this little lot and got my 500pts but obviously the second £5 did NOT come off  . SA thought it was still a great savings, well she would, wouldn't she? Just a bit peeved I have wasted one of the £5 vouchers. Do you think combining it with another PC deal canceled it out?

I guess it's all speculation at the end of the day. Just as well I'm not 'playing' with real money, I use Pigsback vouchers, as I do not really NEED this stuff! But now I have it I guess I may as well use it as long as we have sunny weather :D .

Does anyone know if there is a nice boots near QMC hospital in nottingham???

Also i need a hotel for 2 weeks to be near DD when shes in the hospital, any info of a nice but value priced hotel very close by would be excellent. We live nearly 150 miles away so have didly squat idea of the area.

    Many thanks sandra

Hi - this is my area!! I would recommend you the premier inn http://www.premierinn.com/pti/hotelInformation.do?hotelId=24217 - it is reasonable and is in the same car park as the Nottingham Knight restaurant/pub which is also reasonable with BOGOF meals each night (good value). The Premier Inn is 5 mins away down the dual carriageway to QMC - if you are going to the hospital daily - stop off at the park and ride on the way - there is a bus called "Medilink" which will take you for free the the QMC (parking at QMC is very rare and very expensive). Opposite the park and ride is Riverside Retail Park - with a Boots!! Free parking right outside. Don't stay in the City Centre - nightmare to get in and out each day if you are going to be going to the hospital each day. PM me if you fancy any more info!!

To keep Boots related - finally saved enough points for a Kodak Digital Photo Frame - £99.99 on offer at £79.99. Receipt looks sad at 64 points left now!!

no joy in durham either using £5 till spit. tried first time with suncream. SA scanned but didn't work, second time with tan maintainer SA said won't work as under £20 and didn't scan it. would have tried it with 2 towels but they only had one in stock. will try tomorrow at the Arnison centre.
first SA said GWP wouldn't go through as suncare was BOGOF but was very surprised when she scanned it and it did and then told SA standing next to her:rotfl:
