Richer Sounds

We have been using our local Richer Sounds for several years now and I just thought I'd say how helpful, knowledgeable and professional they are. We've just bought a HD LCD TV and it does everything the sales guy said it would, and we got it for a great price too.

So, are you from their marketing department? ;)

I know what you mean. I've never bought from them but every audio-visual geek I know swear by them.

Unlike Currys, Comet, John Lewis, they actually know what they are talking about, and set up the equipment correctly.

I agree - Richer Sounds are always great, and the best thing about them, I've found, is that they don't try and pressure you into buying the most expensive in the range - you're a valued customer however much cash you've got to spend.

Another vote for them from me.

They are knowledgable, give you free lolly pops and have 2 rules behind the counter

1 - The customer is always right
    2 - See rule #1 :)

This is very true, they even talked my husband out of some expensive hi-fi separates he was looking at and sold him cheaper ones that they reckoned were technically superior. We've bought quite a bit from them over the years and have always been very pleased.

    Fantastic company to buy from.

You can't loose on the extended warranties either - don't make a claim and they give you the money back!
