Swopping phoneline/no. with broadband??

I am currently on Eclipse Flex Business 250 @ £17.99 pm (1 month contract) but wish to move my broadband to another tel line/no that we have coming into the house. I assume this would be classed as a new set up rather than a migration? If I have to pay set up fee or cancel existing and start again, what would recommendation be? 1Mb would be sufficient speed.
Thanks

yes - it would be a whole new startup, as it is a different line

i recommend 512kas its enough for my homes 5 machines - i think 1mb isnt really needed, as it doesnt speed up web pages by nothing more than a few milliseconds - the only real difference would be downloads - but unless your a heavy downloader, you wont notice much
