Possible O2 downgrade!
Can anybody offer some advice? My father has a Blackberry pearl 8120 that he got in a fit of techno-lust 6 months ago, he pays £35 a month on an 18 month contract. He is happy-ish with the contract but just wants an easier to use phone with a larger keypad as he really struggles with the one on the blackberry. Is it worth contacting O2 and doing the threatening to leave bit or do they really have him by the proverbials as he is only a third of the way into his contract? Any help/advice gratefully recieved.

As he is still in his contract there isnt anything he can really do, as if he did threaten to leave he would be responsible for paying the rest of his contract.
maybe he could buy a cheaper pay as you go handset and sell the blackberry to recoup some of the costThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:
