Polystyereen wall covering any good

Yes your are right it can mark if its touched hard etc. Perhaps not so good if you got small children, but the walls do feel much better to the touch and I dare say there is a very small increase in retaining heat. I just find it great for hiding small bumps in walls etc0

I used the polystyrene in my bathroom in my old flat - for some reason anything peeled off those walls - not just paper, paint would peel as well - despite the room being well ventilated. I put the polystyrene up, then wallpaper over the top and it solved the problem a treat. It didn't look bad at all, but I never got used to the soft warmth of the walls, always freaked me out a bit!0
