Last nite was great so amazing to hear all the children singing it was fab!!:T
Well weigh day 2day ive lost another 1 lb:beer: :T :T :T soooo pleased...

for eats today had toast & jam & coffee for breekie

lunch toasted sandwich of cheese & mushroom

dinner hm potato wedges , mushroom bacon & cheese & sweet chilli sauce of course!!:T
no walk today.......

Wher is every1 every1 to busy with xmas i just keep popping on to say how im getting on as its kept me on the strait & narrow.......

Just didn't have time yesterday or today to be on. I'm just in from costco and done some bulk buying. it saves you time in the end. I'm going to do a big cookathon on sunday as DH will be back in 2 weeks time, so want to be organised for that.

Sorry everyone, I was having a nightmare with this sight, it wouldn't let me log on! grr! kept saying welcome back crazychatter but then would have be logged out strightaway again!

I'm so far off the wagon at the moment I can't even see it in the distance! I just have no will power at the moment, I spent a fortune on random christmas stuff this weekend, i don't even need most of it! and haven't cooked a proper meal for ages! I need a right royal !!! kicking! I'm off to Scotland on Fri and that will be all junk food and eating out, then there is Christmas, and then Morocco! I know you all going to tell me off but I think I'll just wait until after my holiday and start afresh in Feb. I just have so much going on i haven't time to plan meals and stick to it. I think I'll tell myself I'm going to have a break and just be as good as i can.

everyones ill right now rnt they? Oh isnt feeling great, im bogged down with a cold which is fine except when the build up gives me a really sore head and pain behind my eyes doh!
Been ok food wise - however am thinking of DD 2nd bday and ideas for her cake... so naughty times are ahead lol

oh had my best tesco shop in a looong while this week. Did it all online and with the £4.50 delivery it still came to under £45 for the 3 of us so woohoo. I drew up proper meal plans and stuck to it so i guess that helped. All I need to get is milk as can get 2ltrs for £1 around the corner

I'm all better now, something just didnt seem to agree with me so I wasnt able to keep much down. Great for the weight loss though! lol

The weather isnt too bad, very very cold but other than that no snow How was your trip up here? Sorry I never sent you ideas of things to do! I'm rubbish.

Don't worry I'm not going to Dumfries until Fri, I'll be Edinburgh on Sun til Tues. Very skint now so I think we'll just do a bus tour around the town(my sister is obsessed with them!) on Mon and the Castle Tues, then just wander around looking at stuff trying not to spend money!
Well done Emmy! Everyone is ill round here too! we've all had to take time off this winter in my office!

went xmas shopping today think ive got near enough everything.....out of my sealed pot id £186 so ive only a few pressies to get i had 30 to get so got all out of that budget £23 & a hamper to make & 2 box of chocs to buy so heres hoping i do that for £23 think i wil?.........

now thats a seperate budget from kids pressies & mum ,dads & mil & dh presents......
