Back after the hectic week that was last week. Show went amazing but I'm shattered now..
Good news... for the FIRST TIME I can report that I have lost ........

6lbs
Must have been the constant dancing and running around that I've done in the past 2 weeks.
Pretty chuffed though..! xx:heart2: Its 12 o'clock and I need your attention :heart2:Debt at Aug 2008 : Bank of Scotland CC : £1605 :mad:Overdraft : GONE!:j:staradmin Debt free aim: Sometime in 2009:staradmin0 -

Hopefully I can keep up the 3lbs a week... only about 8lbs to go to my target weight.
I cleary can do it, just need to keep busy, get stressed and apparently with me the weight falls off :rotfl:

Well done Kmac! that's great!
Lynne, I know how you feel, good luck with the plan! I'll try to weigh in soon.
I went shopping for christmas crafty things this weekend and spent alot but didn't buy too much that I didn't need, I'm taking a few things back to M&S tonight that I got a little carried away buying last week. It will be a very tight month.
I really wish I had one of you here in Bristol to kick me up the !!!!, I still havent started Davina yet! No excuses, I'm just lazy! grrr!

Well done Kmac and WTBAS! You two are an inspiration!!
I am being naughty with money, the excitment of Christmas shopping has taken me back to my old ways of impulse buying ramdom stuff! but I have now vowed to not go to the shops for a fortnight! must just buckle down and make the crafty peices I have planned for and not keep getting carried away with new ideas! Food was ok yesterday, could have been better but could have been worse so that's ok. I brought another set of workout DVDs, I know, i know, I haven't even opened Davina yet but this is Billy's Bootcamp, an American guy and it looks really good! I will do it tonight and report back tomoro!

CC - I think Xmas gets everyone so dont feel bad. Just remember, the less you impulse buy and the more you think about what you need to buy the better off you'll be in the end
I wouldnt say I'm an inspiration... Ive hardly lost anything for the past 2 months since I've been here and then in 2 weeks I lost 6lbs... lol I'm the queen of diet breaking and snaking, however it seems that being busy, stressed and active is the way for me to loose weight !! lol
Thanks thoughxx
