    I am even more ashamed than yesterday:o

    Drastic action is required:

    Today I have eaten:

    Roll and Pate
    Coffee and biscuit
    Roll and sausage and then a sausage on it's own
    Kinder Bueno
    Spaghetti Bolognaise (really big portion)
    A cake bar thingy
    2 packs of frazzles
    1 pink wafer (I saw them in Farmfoods and thought of WTBAS), so bought them
    1 glass of wine and orange juice

    I know the time has come for: THE NO FACE EATING PLAN (NOT DIET)
    Diets don't work.

    Whenever I follow this, I eat what I want and do not feel deprived. I just eat normally, except that I do not eat meat, dairy products or eggs, just a little fish and anything else I want. The weight falls off me, but of course, I have my day off on a Sunday for my breakfast.

    I am getting like the back end of a bus. I'll weigh myself on Monday morning and not weigh myself for the week after that, I usually jump on the scales every day. I might even reveal my weight on Monday and then you can all keep tabs on me.

    Emmy, I tried the screaming thing and it wouldn't work for me, Ill try again tomorrow for you, what a screamer you are:p .

    yea tell us your weight as i found doing that helped me:j What ye think of the pink n white wafers........theyre my wee bit off sweetness at the mo......hows the shop today.......ive today off someone else is covering market for me;) hope theyve had a good day:eek: with the credit crunch & all that.......

    Went to watch DS play footie they won 8-0:beer: :beer:
    DD was away playing crazy golf with sunday school she had a great time:T

    Going out soon to get paint for DS room as it really neeeds a nnew lift......

    Good afternoon ladies,

    Well, I'm all prepared for tomorrow. Made soup last night and a veg curry as well, (and a white choc cheesecake but that is away to my mum's). I will have a wee slice though, but I am determined that I am starting tomorrow and nothing will spoil it.

    I'll weigh myself when I get up, then have my breakfast. i've roughly nine weeks until DH gets home, so want to lose a good bit before he arrives. I'm still looking for a job, and hoping that the shop will pick up what with Christmas coming. 5 jewellery parties next week so that will help.

    WTBAS, the wafers are very sweet, I like them, but can't eat them now as they have a wee bit of egg in them. I will give them to my wee sis who will love them!! I can eat plain chocolate as there is no milk in that. Green and Blacks is the best, you only need a couple of squares of it.

    I'm going to have a wee lie down and then some housework.

    for tea going to mil shes having pie & oven chips;)

    last nite for tea hed prawncocktail & garlic cubes;) :mad: but they were nice

    o its soooooo hard to stay motivated isnt it over weekends......

    I want to start to do sit up as i carry a lot of weight round my middle:mad: think il start doing 25 2moro??

    Skintlynne ......thats great about the parties ive just got another booking there for 1 in nov although i done 1 on fri nite & it was for charity & i donated alot of items & you know what 1 girl bought nothing!!altho i must admit im not great at thae sales pitch at parties I can walk into a shop or wholesalers & sell but in a room of people i know i dont push it enough:rotfl: :rotfl: you any tips??

    I went and done a long post, which I lost:mad: will need to start doing it in word and then cutting and pasting.

    I'm all set for tomorrow, I went and got some more bits this afternoon.

    I just try and humour the punters when I am selling WTBAS, it does the trick sometimes.

    What do you sell, is it markets and parties you do?

    It is really quiet just now, I don't know what has happened to everyone, I do know that Jo's computer is broken, but we still have each other :rotfl:

  • WTBAS sit ups are haaaaaaaard! Try tummy crunches, they do the same area but are easier on ur neck and back. Plonk ur feet up on the sofa and lay on the floor and lift till ur shoulders are off the ground :)

    Ive had such a crappy week food and exercise wise and i feel it because ive been so stressed the past few days! and im putting it down to lack of endorphins from exercise and all the sluggishness from crap food! So this week WILL be a good week! It has to be! Lots of water, sarnies, walking and exercise dvds! ordered a new exercise dvd boxset tonight - the rosmary conley one. Hope its good. bound to be something i like in one of the 3 dvds right lol?

    I have started the eating plan. Weight this morning, 11st 5 and 3/4 pounds:eek: :eek: :eek: .

    Banana sandwiches for breakfast, HM soup for lunch and savoury rice thing for dinner. I will be lighter next week.
