not so much constipation but i find a live organic yoghurt each day helps me not get bloated.
avoiding too much bread is also very helpful - both for avoiding bloating & constipation!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
I wonder if 2Kool has been a bit of couch potato recently
? Maybe some gentle exercise..........like a walk to the local shops or a bicycle ride would help?

When I was pregnant, I tried everything - this is what worked:
Ordinary meusli mixed with I tablespoon Linusit Gold from Health Food Shop. Add a little milk.
Top with small carton bio yogurt, sprinkle with granola (Harvest Crunch sort of stuff).
You can also add chopped apple and nuts but it is the Linusit Gold that works. It looks like bird seed and is yuk but with the yogurt and crunchy stuff, it's fine. Takes ages to eat (all that chewing ;D) but it's lovely and very filling.
You're supposed to drink plenty of water after and use the Linusit Gold a couple of times a day - I didn't need that though! Takes a couple of days to kick in but it worked for me.0
