Could someone please advise.

Not sure what the package is or whether we pay for it (I think we pay a set amount everymonth).

If we pay a set amount everymonth and for example get a maximum of 100 texts for that month, can I text to Canada for that or is it only UK. Or because im texting from the internet it doesnt matter?

If you stated in your question what your package actually is and who it is with then someone might be able to help you.

Normal texts from a mobile on most tariffs do NOT include texting abroad.

If you are talking about using on-line facilities from your mobile operator to send texts, then usually they too would be subject to the same rules as doing it from your phone (e.g. if I send a text from myTMobile on-line account, it comes out of my allowance under the same circumstances as it would if I were to do it off my phone, though there is the advantage that if I am abroad and I send a text from the on-line service, because I'm not actually using my phone while it is roaming on another network abroad to do it, it is as if the text was sent from the UK, and therefore if I am sending to a UK number, it comes out of my allowance).
The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster! :)
