Doing a bit of googling, looks like most problems arise when many dont get their adsl boxes, use P2P then moan about speed, or dont go for the talk package.

I went for the talk package though, got adsl kit and online It may be a bit of effrot, im just glad im off ntl, the handshake seems a lot faster on adsl I must admit.... their ONSpeed rip-off is quite good aswell, makes pages load real fast and keeps my bandwidth down.

And yep, 12 month signup... unless they dont keep their side of the agreement of course
