you have to laugh...as soon as i sayi hope people don't take advantage, others are posting confessing multiple orders, that just spoils it for everyone else, can we not learn from previous offers like this

I previously won 22.50 with virgin and it did not go on i claim this coupon and it all went on at once £32.50 to spend Thankyou very much for this.

I have always found virgin totally incompetent, I use them for my internet access and have lost count of the number of 'free' months I’ve had as compensation for various problems; I see no reason why their cosmetics branch should be any better and indeed they appear to be just as disorganised. Such is my experience of their rude and inept customer service that I now feel they deserve everything they get!

The previous voucher for example I received two deliveries from them paid for using vouchers I did not win, at the same time I have never received the two vouchers I did win - poetic justice

Regarding this voucher I have used it once; I think any loser would be the magazine following oversubscription to the offer, but then they may have limited the number who can take up the offer.

For their sake I hope so as Virgin will ‘muck’ it up if they haven’t!
