Make sure the "Spend from Cash on account" is checked then you should not have to enter any card details if total including postage is below the tenner.

it said i had 25p remaining so i changed the item i wanted and it has all gone through now

Just signed up - clicked on link and everything, nothing added to the account and no email to verify email address - just the welcome one.

ETA: logged out - went back and clicked the link and a voucher code appeared - logged back in and all credited- thanks!

Thank you - great find. Terms and conditions say you must spend the money on a Homeware item, but I don't see how it can differentiate once the money is in the account. It also says that code works only once per household.

Mine keeps saying its redeemed. logged in and out a couple of times now but no change... what am i doing wrong?

be patient mine disappeared but 2-24 hours it shows as £10 dont forget to verify by clicking the email link - no u dont have put card details in nice teddy for £7 too
