I ordered 10 days ago !!!!! Have paid money to them , had confirmation of parcel sent. Showing as shipped still. sent out on Thursday still not received it - 10 days now so much for 3-5 day delivery

im confussed as to how it works as followed link on OP but doesnt seem to work, i am already registerd.
am i ment to get a link emailed to claim the £10 or does it take a while to add to your account?

For anyone that still has the £10 sitting in their account - I had a cancellation email as I had ordered a bracelet that was £5 so a complete freebie. Decided to give it another go yesterday morning as the £10 was still there, ordered the same bracelet and my order status is now 'Warehouse', looking at the other posts I think that means it is on it's way!

I saw this and thought I'd be cheeky too and ordered some bubble bath for £6 + £3.95 postage and I got an email this morning saying it has been despatched!
